- The service
- MuseTip uses AI to read manicure pictures, design nails and put a set onto a photo of your own hand so you can see how it looks. What the AI gives you is an estimate: confirm with your nail artist before you book.
- Inspo points
- What needs an AI picture is counted in inspo points: trying a set on is 1 point; recreating a look and trying it on, 2; a set made in the Nail studio from a manicure photo, 2 (from any other picture, 1); designing a set with Muse, cutting a piece out of a photo, having Muse draw a piece, or redrawing one nail, 1 each. Points are held when the task starts and taken only when it gives a result; a task that fails gives them back, and an automatic retry costs nothing more. Making a set yourself in the Nail studio, chatting with Muse, reading a picture, Nail Cards, saved looks and drafts cost no points. Free: 10 points when you install. Point packs (20, 60 or 120) never expire and are used after the free points. Pro membership: each subscription period brings its points, used any time in the period with no monthly cap; a renewal brings the next period's, and unused ones do not carry over. Buying needs Sign in with Apple: what you buy is kept on your account and comes back when you sign in with the same Apple account on another phone; deleting the account loses any points left in it.
- Payment and auto-renewal
- Purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically for the period you chose unless auto-renew is turned off in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. For a subscription with a free trial, cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends means you are not charged. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the period.
- Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Fair use
- Subscription allowances are for personal use. We may temporarily limit clearly abnormal volumes of requests.
- What you upload
- The photos you choose and the words you type are used only to complete that request and are not stored (see the privacy policy). Only upload pictures you have the right to use. AI-generated designs and previews are for your personal use.
- Everything else
- Anything not covered here is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
